These bars are easy to make and taste great. I love to make bar cookies because they’re fast. Give these a try!
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup butter
9 graham crackers, crushed
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1/2 cups butterscotch chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
Spread coconut on baking sheet and bake until the outer flakes just begin to brown, about 4 minutes. Watch carefully!
Melt butter and combine with crushed graham crackers in a small bowl. Press the crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Next, sprinkle walnuts, chocolate chips,white chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and coconut over the graham crumbs. Pour the condensed milk evenly over the entire dish.
Bake until top is golden brown, about 25 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into 2″ squares.
