I got this recipe from a chef. As you can see, it makes quite a large amount. If you are making this for a smaller group, you will have to reduce the amounts.
4 tomatoes, small dice
½ red onion, small dice
1 bundle cilantro, minced
3 jalapeno, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice limes and reserve, prepare avocadoes and pour juice over avocadoes so they don’t brown.
Prepare the remaining ingredients and mix and season to taste
